Cancellation and Refund Policy
Our goal is to ensure that every Sno-Limo Tour is a great experience for every guest. Unfortunately circumstances and events can result in less than ideal experiences. Sno-Limo Mountain Ecotouring Inc., at its sole discretion, will attempt to rectify these situations to the satisfaction of all. The following are guiding principles to ensure equitable resolutions.
CANCELLATION BY SNO-LIMO MOUNTAIN ECOTOURING INC.
Sno-Limo Mountain Ecotouring reserves the sole right to cancel, postpone or reschedule tours for any reason. If a tour is cancelled by Sno-Limo Mountain Ecotouring Inc. and cannot be rescheduled a full refund will be provided.
CANCELLATION BY GUEST
To help us serve all guests better, cancellations require 48 hours notice, and will be subject to a minimum booking fee of 25% of the activity cost. Cancellations for groups of 5 or more people require 72 hours notice and are subject to a 50% booking fee. No-shows are non-refundable.
Inclement Weather
Sno-Limo tours will operate in varying weather conditions with due consideration for the well being of our guests.
It is the guest’s responsibility to ensure proper clothing is worn for the weather of the day. Thus inclement weather or inappropriate clothing are not acceptable reasons for the cancellation of a Sno-Limo tour.
However if Management of the Ski Area closes the lift operations for any reason, Sno-Limo Mountain Ecotouring Inc. will endeavor to reschedule any affected tours. Any tours in progress that cannot be re-scheduled or completed will be charged a pro-rated fee.
Chair Lift Operations
Sno-Limo tours make use of the lifts throughout the mountain resort. Occasional time delays due to large crowds are an inherent part of mountain and lift usage. Sno-Limo Chauffeurs will make every effort to minimize wait times at lifts.
Minor delays caused by mechanical breakdowns of the lift operations are also an inherent part of the Sno-Limo Tour. However, any major delays to tours due to lift operation breakdowns will be eligible for a discount or rescheduling at Sno-Limo Mountain Ecotouring Inc.’s sole discretion.
