Your “SNO-LIMO” chauffeur will personally greet you at a pre-determined location at the agreed to time. These vary by mountain and will be specified upon you confirming your reservation. Tour prices and times also vary by mountain. It is very important that you be on time: a delay of more than 15 minutes risks forfeiting your tour and the fee that you will have paid. The “SNO-LIMO” ride is leisurely and comfortable and every measure is taken to avoid whatever incident: nevertheless you will be required to sign a Waiver of Responsibility prior to departure.
Preparing For Your "Sno-Limo" Tour
No skill is required to be a passenger in a “SNO-LIMO”. You are expected to be dressed for outdoor activity conditions. The “SNO-LIMO” is equipped with a full-body weather protector for wet or cold conditions.
Equipment Design
“SNO-LIMO” equipment is designed for comfort and ease of use. Chauffeur and passenger use chairlifts in complete harmony with traffic flow thanks to the unique double pneumatic cylinder assist system that delivers 250 lbs of lift assistance for complete ease of loading and unloading onto and from chairs. The articulated skis not only ensure high-level manoeuvrability, they also provide great stability and tipping resistance. The passenger is secured with a safety belt that can easily be disengaged. The chauffeur is able to exit from the skis in a split second by simply stepping out of the boot harness. The “SNO-LIMO” is equipped with an emergency brake that doubles as a parking brake; it is tethered to the chauffeur as an added safety measure. The “SNO-LIMO” features a three-point harness and karabiner for easy emergency evacuation from chair lift.
Emergency Response
You will be briefed prior to departure on riding procedures and on action to be taken in case of an emergency. Each “SNO-LIMO” chauffeur has a cell phone for access to on-mountain Emergency personnel who in all cases are the designated emergency care providers. The mountain emergency telephone number is displayed on the “SNO-LIMO” for your reference or that of any other person in the unlikely event of an incident.
